Trustees and Governance

Who Governs the Trust
The Trust is led by a Committee of Management (COM) made up of up to 14 elected volunteer Trustees from Member Organisations and the community.

Trustees serve four-year terms and may stand for re-election. Each year before the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Member Organisations are invited to nominate new Trustees.

Member Organisations include a range of local groups with a strong interest in the Ironbridge Gorge, along with two Community Trustee positions.
